Month-end
A missing supplier invoice usually only turns up when you compare the statement with the books.
Every bank transaction has to be found among the invoices by hand, and one payment often covers several invoices.
Invoices the client never sent go unnoticed until you start preparing the month's reports.
You type the payments without documents into an email yourself, then check later what the client has sent.
How it works
An ISO 20022 XML statement (camt.053 or camt.054), up to 20 files at once. The bank account is recognised by IBAN, and transactions from overlapping statements are not duplicated. Parseo warns you about missing days or balances that don't add up.
It looks for the invoice number in the payment purpose and checks the counterparty by IBAN or name, and the amount. When new invoices or statements arrive, matching runs again on its own.
The Missing documents tab lists transactions without invoices by month, grouped by date or counterparty. Export the list to CSV and send it to the client.
Waiting for a missing invoice? It can come in through the email mailbox or Google Drive and reconciliation updates on its own.

Matching
Every link shows its reason, such as "Invoice no. in payment purpose" or "Partial payment".
Accept or reject suggestions one at a time, or the clear ones in bulk. A rejected suggestion is never offered again.
A wrong automatic link would hide a missing invoice. So Parseo leaves the doubtful cases to you.
Teach it once
Link a transaction and save a rule by IBAN or name. That counterparty's later transactions are linked on their own.
Salaries, taxes, loans, own transfers or payouts from payment providers. Mark that no document is needed and they leave the missing list.
Statements, invoices and rules are kept separately for each client. One IBAN cannot belong to two clients, so transactions never get mixed up.
Frequently asked
ISO 20022 XML statements: camt.053 and camt.054. Look for a statement export in XML format in your online banking. CSV and PDF statements are not supported yet.
No. You download the statement from your bank and upload it to Parseo yourself. Parseo never asks for access to your bank account.
No. Reconciliation shows which transactions are missing documents, and the invoice page shows the linked payments. Payment status is not sent to your accounting software.
Reject it and the same suggestion never comes back. Links are only made automatically when several signals agree, and doubtful cases are always left to you.
Yes. Each client has its own bank accounts, statements and rules, and you export the missing-documents list separately for each client.
