Drive becomes both an invoice intake channel and an archive. Once the account is connected, Parseo creates the folders and switches both directions on in one click.
Parseo creates an "Invoices inbox" folder. Whatever lands in it is read and prepared for accounting. Nothing to upload by hand or forward by email.
When you export invoices, their originals and the export file are copied into the "Parseo" folder. Invoice attachments received by email go there too. Everything is filed by client, year and month.

Your Drive may be full of other documents. Parseo cannot see them or what is in them.
Google asks for access only to the files and folders Parseo creates or you pick. Not your whole Drive.
The "Invoices inbox" folder is shared with Parseo, so that is the only folder Parseo can read. Everything else in your Drive stays untouched.
The archive and export files are written there and nowhere else. You can revoke access at any time in Parseo settings or in your Google account.
Frequently asked
No. Both personal Google accounts and Workspace work. If your Workspace domain blocks sharing outside the organisation, the inbox folder will not work, but you can still import files by picking them in Drive.
No. The inbox folder has to stay in My Drive. Parseo creates it there, and it cannot be moved to a shared drive.
Those are skipped because they have no file to read. Save them as PDF and drop them into the folder.
