Photograph a receipt, scan it or forward it by email. Parseo extracts line items, VAT and fuel quantities, applies your rules and pushes it to your accounting software. You only confirm.

Works with Rivile, Finvalda, Agnum and Centas via API, or with any other system via CSV/XLSX export.
Why receipts are hard
A receipt is not an invoice: different format, different data, different rules.
Thermal paper fades within months, and a receipt photographed on a phone is rarely straight or sharp. Parseo extracts data from those too.
Receipts often carry no buyer details, and line items are free-form. Each one has to be read and coded by hand.
Fuel accounting needs to know what fuel was bought and how many litres, not only how much was paid. Copying that off a receipt is manual work.
How it works
By phone, scanner or email to your dedicated Parseo mailbox. Photo, scan or PDF all work.
Date, seller, line items, VAT rates. On a petrol receipt: fuel type, litres and price per litre.
GL account, VAT code, cost centre according to your rules. Goods are matched to your catalogue.
Rivile, Finvalda, Agnum, Centas via API, or CSV/XLSX export for any other system.
Features
Six things worth knowing.
Accepts any format, including skewed and faded photos.
Reads fuel type, litres and price per litre, not just the total.
Every line with its own VAT rate, amount and quantity.
Coffee, car wash, deposits — matched to your goods catalogue and remembered per supplier.
Employees send receipts to one address; Parseo processes them automatically.
The original image is stored with the data. VMI allows electronic-only storage.
VMI rules on retentionParseo extracts and pushes the data. Whether a receipt supports expenses or VAT deduction is decided by VMI rules. We summarised them in a separate article.
These are VMI rules, not Parseo checks. Parseo does not verify whether a receipt meets the requirements.
